Understanding Manager, Shifting Focus
At least the manager is understanding. The environment is not yet toxic, but I feel like it can get there after a while.
Constant shifting on focus makes delivery difficult.
Very little raise these couple years.
I understand there's a lot of competition in AI, and we are trying to be ahead. However, a constant shift in goals makes it pretty difficult, and then management always wanting fast delivery makes it even more difficult.
