Good work environment. Good work-life balance. Better managers.
Slow growth.
They separated front and back end, hence you cannot do full stack.
Less perks than before.
I received a call through a third-party recruiter, and an interview was arranged two days later with SAP. There were two F2F technical rounds and one project manager round. The interview was completed in one day, and I received an offer.
Telephonic interview followed by a couple of rounds of face-to-face interviews. Interviewer was good and friendly. Interview questions were simple, and one can easily crack them if prepared well. It took 3 days to get the offer.
It was as easy as it is. The easiest interview I have attended so far.
