Pros
  1. Good learning with ample scope given for learning and innovation.
  2. Perks and pretty decent compensation, including free lunch, dinner, and snacks, and a free shuttle facility.
  3. Brand name - SAP.
  4. Work-life balance with a work-from-home option and lots of benefits for women employees.
  5. Relaxed working conditions with very minimal pressure and politics involved.
  6. You can get trained on anything and everything inside SAP; the best thing is it happens informally most of the time through peer-to-peer discussions.
  7. No undue restrictions or pressure in taking leaves.
Cons
  1. You get too comfortable with the company; it is a bit tough to quit SAP and fit into another corporation with some rigid rules.
  2. Minimal onsite experience if you are in SAP Labs, and a bit of a hectic travel schedule if you are in SAP GDC.
