Some of the pros are:

• Quality of peers and high quality of work which you get to do.
• Flexible work hours.
• Employee-friendly policies, like working from home for an extended period of time.
• Freedom to innovate and explore technology.
• Good compensation.
• Beautiful campus in Bangalore, which became my second home.
• The other compensatory benefits that come along for being an employee of Labs.

There are many more pros.

The only thing which I could tell as a con is the difficulty to spot opportunities across the various sections of the huge organization and go through the application process for those opportunities. It could be made a bit simpler.
