One of the best companies to work for. Good employee welfare and benefits. Lots of room for learning and career development. Individual focus and attention are given to each and every employee in terms of work-life balance.
Being a big enterprise, geographically distributed, and with a significant number of employees, no compromise is made. The facilities and welfare given to the employees are uniform across all SAP global locations.
None from my perspective :-)
None.
I received a call through a third-party recruiter, and an interview was arranged two days later with SAP. There were two F2F technical rounds and one project manager round. The interview was completed in one day, and I received an offer.
The hiring process was pretty simple and neat. It consisted of: * 3 technical rounds * 1 HR round I saw the clarity throughout the process and I do suggest companies follow SAP. Interviewers help you if you get stuck or are looking for a hint.
I had a one-hour technical interview. During the interview process, there was time for a coding exam (algorithm) and a code review (I was given some code and asked to review it).
