Advice to Management

Diversity should not only be related to sexual orientation but also to being open-minded, accepting new ideas, new ways of work, and opinions from people who have learned from other companies that could be applied to SAP. It should also include accepting other people's work culture (or even any other culture). The team in São Leopoldo is pretty uniform to be called a place that embraces the difference.
