Reasonable "big software" experience
Management is generally fair and reasonable. There is a recent focus on innovation and moving beyond the traditional money-makers into new areas, which is positive.
Like nearly anything the size of SAP, it moves slowly. A conservative corporate culture still pervades many aspects of the business, and sometimes it is possible to get mired down in endless rounds of discussion without real progress.
Be less conservative – take some risks and reward success.
