The interview process was good. I went in, and they asked me one to two technical questions. Then, we discussed the company culture and my goals. I asked about the team I would be working on, and they answered truthfully.

Skype interview, heavily focused on soft skills. Only one technical question, which was beyond easy. Overall, greatly disappointed. They just read questions from a list, like: Do you work well in a team? What will you do if a coworker of yours doesn'

It was fine. All other candidates I talked to got two LeetCode easy-level questions, nothing past trees in the NeetCode roadmap. I received a graph question, though, so it might depend on the interviewer.
