Get lots of benefits, although I was an intern.
Free food.
Leadership is not good. Currently, the VP resigned, and since then, the company has been going through ups and downs.
They don't offer interns a full-time job. The average age of employees at SAP is 43, which is not good for new grads.
Please hire new grads and promote interns to full time.
I first had a phone interview, and on the next day, I was invited to have the on-site interview at the Palo Alto SAP Lab. Three months later, I received the offer as a Software Developer. It was a lengthy process.
There was one phone interview with the recruiter, which included general behavioral questions. After that, there was an onsite interview with the manager.
The interview had four rounds, depending on the team or product. The first round was a phone interview asking about your background and experience. It included a couple of common technical questions, covering language and algorithms.
