Best company in terms of benefits and work-life balance
I am writing the points considering the SAP Labs Pune Database Management Team:
- You will be working with mostly brilliant people.
- Good old C/C++ programming!
- Work in some teams is excellent, whereas it is not so good in others.
- Benefits are extremely good!
- You will get a rare chance in India to code in an enterprise database engine!
- Salary is so-so when compared with industry leaders.
- Some people are lazy to the core.
- The management is not far-sighted.
- Innovation is limited.
- Don’t hire mediocre employees. If you need the best DBMS, you need to hire the best people and shell out proper cash.

Software Developer
It was supposed to be a Skype interview, but the interviewer didn't turn up, and the recruiter is unreachable. They don't respond to emails and don't seem to think it is important to inform the candidate of any changes in the interview schedule.
