- Almost everything is operated through the Bengaluru location, despite Pune being a separate entity.
- Not everyone has a role they like. It mostly involves bug fixing; many can therefore opt out of this.
Try creating Pune as a separate entity. Start looking for domains other than DMS, which currently seems to have a downfall.

It was supposed to be a Skype interview, but the interviewer didn't turn up, and the recruiter is unreachable. They don't respond to emails and don't seem to think it is important to inform the candidate of any changes in the interview schedule.
