Ups and downsides when working at SAP
The company has a fairly good reputation and innovative development on software that is used worldwide by many customers. You will quickly like your colleagues with whom you work and with whom you share an office. The offices themselves are fairly large and are refreshing to work in. The cuisine is excellent: healthy and yummy.
There are not many opportunities to improve yourself by technical trainings. The salaries are good, but compared to other companies like Microsoft, Google, or Apple, you will earn more there.
The senior management should take more actions to encourage employees to be more creative and innovative. They should also be rewarded for good work. There should also be more team-building events.
