Besides the attractive salary and some goodies such as lunch, company car, stock programs, and retirement plans, I like the pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, one can work on small as well as large projects, and with small as well as large clients. The diversity is immense.
As with any large company, it can sometimes be difficult to keep track of things.
