Inflated titles, which do not reflect ability, particularly in innovative fields.
Most managers never did what they now try to lead and manage.
Lack of leaders who can walk the talk leads to a poor career path for newbies.
Local management does not represent core SAP values; all talk and no action.
Make people accountable. Focus less on inflated titles and more on work.
