Interviewed in mid-November, it's mid-January now and I still haven't heard back. I understand I did not get the job, but a professional closure would have been nice. (I even asked for an update and still nothing.)

There are 3 rounds: * HR interview * Technical interview * Manager interview I was initially declined by one group and then selected by another. I then followed the above process.

I applied online on LinkedIn. I had to wait for a long time to get shortlisted and receive the email for the first round. The first round was an online coding round. After completing the coding round, I had to wait for some days to get the shortlist
