- Interesting work and engaging people can have an impact.
Your starting salary is basically what you will have for years. Merit increases have been stale for years (at least the last 5 years) and are overall very, very bad. You can only increase your salary by switching departments or leaving the company.
Salary increase in 2025 for Germany is 2.4%.
Start treating your employees with respect and pay them accordingly if you want to see any performance.
