I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

The entire recruitment process was run for a month and had 5 steps:

• Initial Screening: Recruiter conversation focused on background, culture fit, and basic alignment.
• Live Coding Technical Interview: Started with a simple API and progressively added more functions based on a simulated scenario of risk assessment in transactions.
• System Design Interview: Whiteboard discussion over a scenario of user notification in a system that received data for stock prices.
• Hiring Manager & Leadership Interview: A round of two interviews discussing previous experience and the technologies I have worked with.
• Reference Check: Asked for a reference from a previous leader.
