Friendly engineers and lots of growth potential
Some departments are more cutthroat than others, featuring long working hours and weekend work.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. Four rounds total: * Recruiter screen * Hiring manager call * Technical member call * A 3-4 hour on-site with a presentation and one-on-ones with 5-6 people First three rounds were 30 minutes each and wha
First, there is a recruiter call that is pretty chill. This is just a recruiter, and they ask you eligibility questions and set you up for the next round. Then next are technical interviews with LeetCode-type questions and some behavioral.
1. HR Screen 2. 1 hour of Leetcode. 3. 1 hour talk with VP of engineering. Mostly him selling the company to me. 4. 3 hour onsite. System design and 2 Leetcode type questions. Overall, I thought everyone was smart, down to earth, and nice.
