I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
The interview itself was fairly easy, but the process was needlessly long. The recruiter provided very little information and often took weeks to respond. The company also expected a significant amount of work outside the formal interview process. After completing everything, I received no feedback, just an automated rejection email. Overall, the recruiting experience felt disrespectful of candidates’ time. I’d avoid the process unless you have plenty of time to spare.
