I applied through an employee referral.
It took one day for all the processes to complete.
There were two technical rounds, followed by a managerial round which was mostly a discussion around my current role and projects.
Questions
1st round:
- Linked list traversal
- Dynamic Programming - Longest repeated subsequence
- OOPS concepts
- Next Greater number with same set of digits
- Puzzles
- System design
2nd round:
- Java concepts
- Project discussion
- Internal working of Hashmaps
- Difference between HashMap and ConcurrentHashMap
- Complexity of retrievals in Maps
3rd round:
- Discussion about current role and why you want to switch

Pros: Great atmosphere to work in. People are happy to be here, and I noticed it the minute I came in for my current job (internship).
ServiceNow is a 10-year-old company with the mind of a startup. It is great because it seems that they still care for the employees, so I am hoping they don't change it.
Cons: As an intern, I sometimes wish I had a project from day one to work on, versus asking my manager or senior developers what to do.
