One round of telephonic interview was scheduled. It went well; however, I still haven't heard back.
The interviewer was not allowing me to think and was constantly interrupting. They did not even reply.

Pros: The company is expanding and seems to be doing well in the market.
The perks at the HQ in Santa Clara are pretty good:
* Stocked fridge
* In-house cafeteria (not free, but affordable)
* Company-hosted activities
* New buildings
* Etc.
Cons: This is not exactly a con, but make sure you really understand what their products are before you decide to work for them (enterprise ITSM, ITOM, etc).
They also have their own platform, so if you are in a technical role, whatever skills you gain will most likely be on that platform.
