A recruiter sent an email regarding a LinkedIn job application and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager in less than a week. The hiring manager expected a lot of coding experience and had me write code on a whiteboard.

Questions

The interview was not oriented towards managerial questions but seemed like a developer position interview. There were design pattern and array transformation questions for writing code.
