I received a call directly from the manager. The process seemed very ad hoc, and it was difficult to schedule an interview. I was finally able to get one scheduled.
When it came to the technical interview, it was pretty standard except that the interviewer was almost entirely hands-off. It was like they just dropped a question and left to do something else. They never checked in unless I prompted them to see if they were still there and listening to me speak out loud.
I checked in to make sure we were on the same page, but they were never with me, and I kept having to explain where we were at with the problem. I ended up not having enough time to finish the follow-up question.
Asked me about a project I had worked on in the past.
Asked me basic data structure and algorithms questions, two LC Mediums.
