Process
Got a call from a recruiter and received an email to code a HackerRank test. In the afternoon, I received a call to visit the office for technical discussions on the same day at Salarpuria Knowledge City, Hyderabad.
Questions
Two girls, with 2 to 3 years of experience, were interviewing an 8-year experienced guy with questions. One girl was searching on a laptop, and the other on a mobile.
- Height of a binary search tree
- Write a full program for quicksort
- Frequency count of integers.
The thing is, these girls and the company itself, I think, don't know anything other than JavaScript.
This is the worst interview panel I have encountered in my 8 years of experience.
