I applied online. A recruiter contacted me for an initial phone screen, followed by a Zoom screen (background, prior experience, and a high-level system design question).
This was followed by three additional Zoom interviews back-to-back, covering easy-to-medium data structure and algorithm problems, as well as a JavaScript-specific question. The entire process took a month.
I had a really good experience with the interviews. The interviewers seemed happy and all had good vibes. Honestly, I didn't feel like I was being "interviewed"; rather, I was basically chatting with them, as if I were already part of their team and we were working on some technical problems together.
