After passing the phone screening, I was invited to an interview with the team manager. The interview was rescheduled several times before they finally found someone to conduct it.
Unfortunately, the interviewer's microphone was very quiet, making it difficult to hear him. This was compounded by his strong accent, which at one point made me hesitant to ask him to repeat himself for fear of being rude.
I was asked several technical questions. However, I struggled to answer even one clearly because the interviewer's intent wasn't obvious until he provided further explanation. Additionally, I was required to code directly on a notepad, without the assistance of an IDE.
