Pros: Great attitudes. The company is really leaning forward, and you get superb support internally.
Onboarding is well organized, and you have massive opportunities to learn and grow in your role.
Teamworking is key, and ServiceNow excels in doing so.
Cons: Hmm...not many. Maybe that you can be so completely sucked-up in your job and engaged that you forget about time?

Pros: Onboarding is a very thorough process. They really take the time to ensure you know about your role and the company before assigning you to customers.
Cons: Just like any big organization, there is a lot of information and many places to find it, so it can get a little confusing. However, everyone has been helpful in sharing information.
