I appreciated the current co-op hopping in and sharing their own experience at the end of the interview. It seemed like they were really enjoying their time at ServiceNow.

Pros: I was a CS student and eager to code. I expressed this to my manager, and she said as long as I got my QA responsibilities straight, I was free to write scripts and make internal tools, which was very sweet of her.
I really liked how friendly everyone is. The all-hands is something else; everyone in chat (I was remote, working during the height of COVID) loved working there.
On top of that, the co-op program is really developed. The swag, fun events, and opportunity to meet higher management are really, really cool. People put a lot of effort into the co-op program.
Cons: There were a lot of reorgs and team changes. But I always had my mentor and manager.
