Process
I applied online through a referral from a friend. The HR contacted me within a few days.
The process included a Ruby take-home assignment followed by three rounds of interviews:
- An introduction
- A technical interview
- An HR interview
The assignment was easy if you have prior knowledge of Ruby as well as SSL certificates.
In the introductory call, they had a generic discussion about the company's motive, the team's workflow, and my technical background.
They rejected me after the introductory call, stating they found a candidate with more experience who was a better match.
