Initial screening.
I was asked to tell about my background. I was bluntly cut off (apology not accepted).
There seemed to be zero human relations.
I do appreciate honesty, but there is a minimum of politeness, and a way to say no.
For example, "I'm afraid it won't work."
The interviewer asked what I'm looking for, and before letting me explain, they said that "this company is not what I'm looking for" and "it requires more than just technical skills and working with the latest technologies to fit in here..."
This was basically telling me I'm professional, but not a good match socially – when I am one of the most social persons (as told by my past colleagues).
Tell me about yourself.
