Phone screen followed by 4 virtual onsite rounds. Everything went well.
A couple of days later, the recruiter called to extend an offer. They asked about expectations and explained the benefits provided by the company in detail. They said they would get back with a formal offer and then completely ghosted me. There has been no response to email or text.
