How is the company running in India with such a worst HR culture?
No communication from HR over calls for scheduling interviews. Candidates have to chase HR even to schedule the next round of interviews.
Adding to this, after completion, HR is unaware even though I cleared the interview. A pathetic HR department, I would say. Even startups have better HR departments!
Even after providing the offer letter, HR doesn't pick up calls or reply for any clarification. Please stay away from ServiceNow HRs.
