The hiring manager contacted me directly and set up a screening call, followed by a virtual onsite consisting of three interviews.
The panel itself was below par, not very experienced with actual testing or how shift-left approaches to testing are implemented.
Questions
Coding questions straight out of LeetCode.
Only one round, mainly around the shift-left side of testing. All others didn’t know what they were talking about. One of the interviewers had no idea about the difference between hybrid and native mobile apps.
