It is very sad to know that the hiring team does not know what they are hiring for.

After clearing the first technical round of the interview, I was told that I am not fit for this position, as my experience differs from what is required. I was also informed that I am a better fit for some other team, which they are not aware of.

The hiring manager did not seem interested right from the moment he received my resume. Does the hiring manager not go through the resume before calling candidates?

I was surprised to see this kind of process, where the HR and hiring manager have no clue what is going on. You have wasted both my time and money.
