Recruiter contacted via LinkedIn. Interview was scheduled on a weekend.
Good things: Questions related to work were on point, like "exactly where you have used a pattern, replicate it." So, it was easy to explain. The interviewer was friendly. It was a Zoom call.
Things that I felt were not good: My resume was not shared with the interviewer; I guess he was not supposed to take the interview. Questions were so easy that I doubt whether it was a real interview or just for name's sake. Asked for feedback, where it was mentioned, "should improve DS algo," whereas there were no questions related to it. So, feedback could have been given properly. Overall, I didn't feel like I attended a real interview.
