Process
I applied online and received a call from the recruiter. She scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager.
HM Round: We discussed past projects and behavioral questions. The hiring manager informed me there would be a phone interview with an engineer the following week.
Phone Interview (45 mins): I was given one coding question, which I solved in approximately 20 minutes, followed by general conversation.
After following up, I received a rejection email from the recruiting team stating my experience did not match the requirements.
This was a bad interview experience; I received a rejection even after correctly answering the coding question, and the interviewer seemed impressed with my approach and timings.
