I was invited for a drive by a staffing company. The whole process took more than one week. All face-to-face interviews happened on drive day, but one manager round, which had to happen from the US, occurred the following week over the telephone.

Three rounds of technical and managerial interviews took place on the drive day: two technical and one techno-managerial round. The office ambiance was very good, and all the members were courteous and helpful at each step.

The only sore experience was the post-US manager round. Although it went extremely well, I was not informed about the status. There is no harm in saying 'no,' but the HR personnel, even when contacted by phone or email, stopped replying, despite responding well before the US round.
