First Step: Online coding test along with some aptitude questions.
The online test was followed by three technical interviews and one managerial round.
The interviews were pretty smooth and of medium difficulty. The interviewers were quite helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Terrible Management, Old Tech

Pros: The stock price is not bad.
Cons: Terrible management, constant re-orgs, layoffs with no business reason, distributed teams with little remote communication (which gives you reasons to travel all the time), and old technologies in the product.
Funny thing is, the cloud-based IT solution provider has no quality internal IT systems in the cloud.

Pros: Good compensation.
Stock is doing great.
Opportunity to work on challenging problems.
It is very easy to get visibility, though the company is expanding.
Cons: Bad work-life balance.
No 401K match, and the company doesn't care to improve it.
Upper management is rude at times. Luckily, my manager was very polite and did not expose me to them a lot.
Lots and lots and lots of internal politics.
