Process

I applied online.

One week later, I received a phone call about the role, the company, and my personal background.

After that, I had a Zoom video call with an engineer from the Dublin office. This video call was completely unprofessional. The problem code was described from a Zoom chat window, which was hard to understand. The questions were about Data Structures and Algorithms.

Two weeks after this call, I had another Zoom video call with an engineer from India. This engineer had a thick accent, and it was hard to understand. Again, there were two questions about Data Structures and Algorithms.

One week after the third step, I received a rejection email.

If you want to succeed, study questions from websites like GeeksforGeeks, which I didn't. They probably pick questions from there and expect you to solve them within one hour.
