Very Bad Interview Experience

I had a very bad interview experience. The process involved four Skype rounds and one in-person interview at the Hyderabad office. All rounds went well.

After the final round, I received no response for a week. Following up with the HR and hiring manager two to three times, they finally stated, "The interviews were nice, but we think the team needs a more experienced candidate at the moment."

I don't understand why five interview rounds were conducted if this was the case.
