Process
They contacted me, stating that I might be a perfect fit for their open role. I had two rounds of technical interviews, which went pretty well. They got back to me and said the interview feedback was quite positive and that they would be scheduling the final round with the hiring manager.
They then ghosted me for three weeks. Out of the blue, they called after three weeks and told me that my interview feedback was negative and they wouldn't be moving my application forward.
I then reminded them of their earlier feedback that they communicated to me. They then just covered it up by saying they were no longer hiring for that role.
It is disappointing to see that even ServiceNow is following such unfair practices while hiring.
