No HR interviewed during the processing. A senior software engineer interviewed me. When I introduced myself, the interview was interrupted to wait for HR, and then reconnected by a phone conference system. No one introduced the new listener. When I introduced my projects, I was interrupted again.
The questions were very simple, but I think they were impolite.
