I recently went through the interview process for a Software Engineer role at ServiceNow. The process included:
Recruiter screening: an initial call to discuss the role, my background, and alignment with the team.
Two technical interview rounds: focused on coding, problem-solving, and technical depth (mainly asked HashMap and DLL).
Hiring Manager round: where I discussed my experience, how I used ServiceNow Workflow automation in my previous projects, my approach to problem-solving (I was asked to design an LRUCache using DLL), and how I could contribute to the team’s goals.
I progressed through all stages and reached the final two candidates. While I was not ultimately selected, the experience gave me valuable insights into ServiceNow.
How do you implement LRUCache?
