Process
Submit the application through the online system. The first round was a phone screen with many one or two-word answer questions about Java and other languages. I was then invited on-site. I failed during the object-oriented design question round. I totally did not expect that. The office is nice and still has a start-up atmosphere.

Pros: Great culture and amazing work-life balance.
Cons: No complaints, although I think it is not what you are after if you are looking for a pure engineering position. At least that was my experience.

Pros: As a company, we provide a lot of competitive benefits and strive to take care of our employees. Managers are understanding about PTO and usually flexible on dates.
Cons: A lot of the management for the Data Transparency org chooses to outsource a lot of the work. This causes a rift in proper collaboration within teams when you need to spend 3-4 hours additionally every night to meet deadlines and work with the offshore teams. There are a lot of additional responsibilities for each role.
