Great and positive interview experience.

I applied online and reached out to the recruiter via LinkedIn. I followed up after a week and received a hiring manager call the same day.

After the initial calls with the hiring manager and recruiter, they were quick to set up the interviews in the same week.

I had three rounds of technical interviews/discussions with a Sr. Software QA Engineer, a Team Lead, and a Sr. Manager.

I received the offer immediately on the next business day.

Questions ranged from test planning, types of testing, how I would test the Amazon website, and use cases to basic programming questions on Java and Selenium.

I was asked to write code on an online IDE for Java. Most of the questions were related to my previous experiences and how I would approach a use case for testing.

They were interested in understanding different types of testing, such as Security testing, accessibility testing, localization testing, and functional testing, along with their respective use cases.

Questions on Java included:

• How to find if a string is a palindrome.
• Find all substrings of a given string.
• Find the longest palindrome of a given string.

Other questions covered:

• The difference between Assert and Verify.
• Most common exceptions.
• How to pass control to a different page in POM.
• How to find elements when IDs are dynamic.
• How to handle alerts in Selenium.
