Process

Very bad experience.

Initially, I had three Skype rounds from the US. Then, three face-to-face interviews for which I went to their office. Again, they invited me for a face-to-face interview with their director and HR, so two more face-to-face interviews for which I went to their office again. The HR told me they would issue the offer letter within one to two days. However, there was no response from them even after two to three weeks. The consultancy told me that the person deciding on salary was on training, which indicated that I was selected. Finally, I learned from the consultancy that I had not cleared the last round with the director. ServiceNow didn't even bother to inform me. The director who conducted the final interview didn't have my resume, nor did they ask for one. They were just asking some random questions without knowing who or what I am.

I sent them an email stating it was a really bad experience and asked them to show a minimum courtesy by informing candidates about their status. They didn't even bother to respond with an apology.
