- 0 coding, just drag and drop UI components.
- Favoritism in promo & hikes.
- Hire locals from Hyderabad and kick people who stay in WFH.
- Showing off on LinkedIn as the best place to work and no layoffs, but secretly managing people out through PIP without severance and harassment from HR.
HR sucks here. They harass you and don't support you in any way. The PIP period was easily the most stressful period of my life due to these people. There was no clarity on what if I resigned; they just dodged questions left and right, not even telling me if I would be allowed to serve my NP.
