Pros

I've worked with a lot of smart folks.

Cons

The application is losing steam to competitors. Management and leadership seem to think that they're too "classy" to fail. Nobody wants to dig in and make things work.

The rules engine crashes, workflows crash, the mobile app crashes, yet we keep telling people it's on their end.
