I love the executive leadership and the direction this organization is headed. The culture, the technology, and the talent are top-notch. Compensation, equity, and benefits are excellent. While it is not without its growing pains and occasional dysfunction, I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else in the valley.
Lots of projects are going on with competing visions from middle management. From time to time, the political battles can be exhausting, and there seem to be times when work/life balance can get way out of alignment.
Executive leadership needs to encourage all BUs to work towards one vision.
Get rid of unnecessary initiatives and projects.
Make sure your passionate and loyal ICs don’t burn out. Seeing the warning signs, but we don’t want to take the foot off the gas; simply hire more equally talented rock stars to share in the fun!
Coding round Behavior round A typical software engineer interview assesses coding, algorithms, data structures, system design, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cultural fit through technical challenges, behavioral questions, and discuss
The process was unclear, and the recruiter was not very organized. There was a lack of communication and even conflicting meetings. I would think it's something specific to this recruiter/instance.
It was started with DSA. DSA is most important. Striver's sheet is best for practice, and Operating System is one of the best subjects that each candidate has to know.
