Pros

Interns get to speak with top officials.

As an intern, you can ask a question on a Slack channel, and several people immediately offer help – many of whom are directors (you never know until you check their profile).

We received $5,000 for relocation despite the remote internship. We also got a food stipend. Plus, an office setup stipend! And we got mails with fancy stuff and edibles almost every week.

Company-wise, they have great projects for interns. Those projects open doors for us. Everyone is so kind and helpful. My 2021 internship was an exciting experience!

Cons

If you consistently display nonchalance towards your project, you will not receive a return offer.
